Returns and Refunds
COWAN BROWN would like you to be satisfied with all of your purchases. If the reason for the return is because you have changed your mind about the purchase, we will refund the purchase price less postage costs incurred with the original delivery. You will also be responsible for any postage costs for sending a replacement product. To return or exchange your online purchase or for any other order discrepancy, please contact our customer service centre on +61 0404 038 604 or email sales@cowanbrown.com.au within 7 days of invoice date.
COWAN BROWN will not be responsible for return delivery of goods. The return postage costs are as the expense of the customer (except when goods are incorrect or damaged in transit). Any damage incurred during transit to COWAN BROWN is the responsibility of the sender and will not be refunded or exchanged. COWAN BROWN is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
COWAN BROWN will only accept returned items in the exact condition as they were received and in the original packaging. If any item is not received in the exact condition as dispatched, a refund or exchange will not be offered.
COWAN BROWN will replace all goods damaged in transit to our customers free of charge. If your goods were damaged in transit please contact our customer service centre on +61 0404 038 604 or email sales@cowanbrown.com.au to arrange for the replacement.

COWAN BROWN will process refunds within 48 hours of receipt of returned products. For payment refund, we will credit the Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal account used as the original method of payment. If payment was made by Electronic Funds Transfer to COWAN BROWN’s account, we will credit your bank account. The BSB and account number will need to be provided in writing.
